THOUGHTS FROM JACKIE: “Christmas in July “

“Christmas in July” I’ve been asked before why I would produce a series like this in July. The time of the series is nowhere near the actual Christmas season so what gives? The mistaken expectation is that “Christmas in July” is about refocusing the real meaning of the holiday. The perception is that I will say Christmas has become to commercialized and needs to regain its spiritual roots. None of this is true. I want to do this at a time when you can process what I will teach without the pressure of the holiday staring you in the face. Back in 1998 I use to start my Christmas shopping as early as September. Therefore, July is the latest I’d like to start this teaching. The word holiday means holy day. Christmas is anything but holy. The Bible actually forbids several of  Christmas’ common practices.  The Bible rips apart the Nativity story within the first two chapters of the New Testament. December 25th was chosen not because Jesus was born on that day, but rather because it is the shortest day and longest night in the winter solstice. For agricultural reasons December 25th became the birth date of pagan gods like Mythra and Saturnalia. Their worship was connected to praying for a short winter and the bitter starvation associated with the season. Things like child sacrifice to please these gods was turned into stories (of helpless children) like the “Gingerbread Man.” No my friend you need to hear this story in July. Because as soon as you use the that was then this is now excuse I’ll tell you about the 2,000 babies in this country that will die in 2021 in sacrifice to these same pagan gods. That is of course if you consider the FBI to be credible as a source. You do have an alternative your free to use. You can ignore learning about what Yuletide really means, or why the Christmas tree is so demonic. You can refuse to hear about the god of hearth aka santa, and how stockings over the hearth (fireplace) and the simple act of leaving milk and cookies has pagan roots. There’s a lot to learn if you don’t run from hearing the truth. Although these pagan forms of worship have been done all over the world since Genesis chapter 10, it was not massively popular in this country until the late 1800s. Therefore, something that hasn’t been celebrated that long, and was actually against the law in the early days of our republic, I believe can be reversed with truth. So join me on the radio Monday through Friday. I give you permission to record these messages. Everyday please keep one hand free as you listen. Your going to need it in order to put your dropped jaw back in place. This is me making you the smartest person in the room. Much Luv!
